2. Description of Service

BeyondShoebox provides a personal ownership intelligence platform that helps users organize, track, and manage information about their household items and purchases.

3. User Accounts

You must authenticate via a supported third-party provider (e.g., Google or Apple) to use the app. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BeyondShoebox only for its intended personal inventory management purposes. You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so, including by interfering with our infrastructure or attempting to collect data from our service without authorization.

5. AI Parsing and Emails

Our paid plans include a feature that processes forwarded emails using artificial intelligence. You agree only to forward purchase receipts or relevant documentation meant for your personal inventory.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, taking effect immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

BeyondShoebox is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
